  • We only work on healthy nails. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of infection, fungus, warts, open wounds, or severe skin conditions.
  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment.
  • Children and pets are not permitted in the salon.

2. APPOINTMENT & SERVICE

  • Prices may vary depending on nail length, design complexity, and products used.
  • Refills are not always possible and may require a full removal and reapplication.
  • Additional charges may apply for nail reconstruction or extensive nail art.

3. SATISFACTION POLICY

  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can rectify the issue.
  • Once you leave the salon, the service is deemed accepted.

4. REPAIRS & GUARANTEE

  • Gel polish and nail enhancements are guaranteed for 7 days from your appointment date.
  • Any workmanship-related issues reported within 7 days will be repaired free of charge.
  • Repairs due to accidental damage, breakages, misuse, or issues reported after 7 days will be charged.

5. REFUND POLICY

  • We do not offer cash refunds after you have left the salon.
  • If there is a problem with your nails, we will always endeavour to correct the issue before considering any further action.

6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & GIFT VOUCHERS

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

7. ADDITIONAL TIME CHARGE

  • We value your time and ours. If you are indecisive, unsure about what you want, or have extremely high demands that require extra time, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the extra time spent on your service.

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • No food or drink to be consumed during treatments.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.
  • Please inform us immediately if you experience any discomfort during your treatment.
  • Care for your nails gently to keep them beautiful and long-lasting.
  • If you need to change or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
